Job Description 

 

Nouveau Advisors & Education Private Limited, is looking for an Operation Manager. The ideal candidate will have the ability to create and maintain an efficient system of operation to support the business needs based on the Visions, Mission, and Goals of the Company. The candidate should be a self-starter and highly motivated.

We are looking for a qualified candidate with at least 3 years of work experience in managing and supervising a team of 5 employees or more. Relevant experience in online services-based company, digital services, accounting services, other professional services or educational services would be useful but not mandatory. 

 

Brief requirements

·       Looking for Operations Manager  

·       Number of Openings - 01 

·       Languages to be known: English, Hindi, and one regional language 

·       Males and Females both can apply 

·       Location: Kolkata, Remote Working 

·       Salary Budget: 20 to 25k per month 

 

 

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: 

 

•       Daily allocation, coordination, and supervision of work of all employees and contract partners as per the requirements of the organisation and as per the guidelines of the CEO 

 

•       Help the CEO in defining and assigning identifiable pieces of work as deliverable items with a clear relation to a positive outcome in line with the goals of the organisation and the business model 

 

•       Creating and managing Budgets and Cash Flow Forecasts for the organisation in accordance with the planned work, defined outcomes, organisation goals, statutory obligations, and day-to-day business requirements 

 

•       Ensuring a clear, effective, and visible social media presence is maintained for the organisation and all associated entities toward the pre-defined organisational outcomes 

 

•       Defining, documenting, and ensuring the work deliverables of the organisation internally and externally and creating SOPs, SLAs, Task Allocations, and Assignments to achieve the same 

 

•       Developing business plans and their implementation to achieve organisational goals 

 

•       Layout appropriate weekly action plan 

 

•       Make and execute plans for business growth in all aspects

 

•       Monthly reports to be maintained

Role Based Requirements


•       Experience in completing all aspects of a management’s work independently and managing regulatory compliances

•       A management degree like MBA from a recognised institute would be highly desired

•       Educational background in commerce would be preferred but not mandatory

•       People preferred Commerce and business operations

•       Background with good knowledge of technology, social media, apps, and software 

•       Ability to manage the workload, multitasking, and prioritising the work

•       Excellent in Microsoft Office 365 applications Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, other applications related to project management, task management, content development, visual design, etc would be desirable


Remote Working Requirements


•       You must have your own laptop with at least 8GB RAM and preferably SSD

•       Must have a fast internet connection

•       Comfortable working space and conditions


 

Qualifications & Experience


•       MBA or Similar degrees preferred 

•       3+ years of experience in a similar role

•       Proficiency with Microsoft Office 

•       Strong organisational and communication skills
