The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent
- Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives
- Generate enquiries & get the sale using various customer sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations, web conference etc).
- Assist channel partners and channel sales teams to qualify prospects.
- Send company profile to all enquiries generated.
- Evaluate customer’s skills, needs and build productive long lasting relationships.
- Identify sales leads and convert leads to sustainable sales.
- Apply & keep record of UQN for sales leads.
- Maintain and expand client database.
- Initiate and improve customer relations via customer interaction, with special emphasis on customer visits for demo at our Office.
- Provide customers with technical expertise.
- Prepare & Send Quotes with technical specs in prescribed format to Customer as per their actual requirement. Maintain record & Follow up on quotes sent.
- Collect PO from customer with all the terms & conditions with payment as per payment terms and submit the same in office for further processing.
- Follow up from customer for payment as per payment term.
- Coordinate with concerned BH for Order Processing/ PI/ Dispatch etc till the m/c reached at customer site.
- Provide product, systems, and technical training to new and existing employees on an as needed basis.
- Reply all the queries/ mails etc. received from customer.
- Installation visit at customer site.
- Feedback from customer.
- Meet personal and team sales targets.
- Provide monthly/ weekly report in prescribed formats.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
- 3+ years' of sales experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
