About the Job
Skills
1. Customer Service
- Greet customers with warm smile always.
- Listen to customers issue and receive the device in for service.
- Ensure accurate record of customer data in the CRM.
- Update the customer about the status of the service and price promptly without delay as per company standards.
- Collect payment after service delivery.
- Give receipt, visiting card to customers and branch contact.
- Follow up service call and customer feedback via google reviews.
IMP NOTE: Behaving rudely to customers is a ‘Zero Tolerance Level’ activity.
2. Upsell & Cross-sell
- Upsell compatible services to all walk-in customers. SSD upgradation, anti virus, internal dust cleaning, extended warranty, etc. as per company directions.
- Cross-sell used laptops to walk-in customer and offer buy back of laptops.
3. Reports to Head Office
- Daily report, CRM, Daybook, branch tracker, etc to be maintained and updated as per HO requirements. Manage cash and accounts in Branch.
4. Manage Cash
- Keep accurate records of payments received.
- Deposit excess cash in the bank. - Pay out local expenses as per directions from HO and create vouchers.
