Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Junior Architect to join our team at Node Urban Lab in Lucknow. The Junior Architect will play a crucial role in architectural design, project management, and integration processes. They will collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and diverse project team members to establish vision and develop frameworks for action. Additionally, the Junior Architect will be involved in software development and oversee the overall project process.

Key Responsibilities

1.   Participate in architectural design processes, including conceptualization, schematic design, and design development.

2.   Assist in project management tasks, such as scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.

3.   Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and project team members to understand requirements and develop comprehensive architectural solutions.

4.   Contribute to software development initiatives to enhance project workflow and efficiency.

5.   Manage project documentation and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

6.   Assist in conducting site visits, surveys, and analysis as needed.

7.   Support senior architects in various project-related tasks and initiatives.

Qualifications

1.   Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.

2.   Proficiency in architectural design principles and practices.

3.   Experience in project management within architectural or construction projects.

4.   Strong integration and software development skills, with proficiency in relevant tools and software.

5.   Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.

6.   Outstanding communication and collaboration skills.

7.   Attention to detail and ability to work effectively under pressure.

8.   Experience in urban planning or smart city projects is a plus.
