Job description
· Familiarize yourself with all products and services offered by our company.
· Managing both our existing sales pipeline and developing new business opportunities.
· Finding new clients through cold calls and emails, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.
· Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
· Research and identify new market opportunities.
· Maintaining and updating sales, marketing, and business development documentation on CRM software.
· Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
· Handle company's IndiaMart and other B2B marketplace accounts.
· Go the extra mile to meet the sales quota and facilitate future sales.
· Using scripts to provide information about the products features, prices, etc. to drive sales.
Required Candidate profile
· Engineering background preferred.
· Successful track record in B2B sales and negotiation.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Working experience with sales techniques.
· Proficiency in English and Hindi (proficiency in regional languages is a plus).
· Fast learner and passion for sales.
