Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Telesales Executive to join our team in Bengaluru. This full-time, junior-level position is ideal for an individual with up to 3 years of experience in sales. The key responsibilities include engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and facilitating property transactions. The position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team and contribute to a market-leading company in the Proptech industry.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Excellent communication skills to effectively articulate ideas and persuade potential customers in a compelling manner.
  • Strong ability to convince clients and handle objections with tact and professionalism to achieve sales targets consistently.
  • Proven experience in people management to efficiently facilitate interactions and transactions between property stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in making strategic and cold calls to potential customers with the aim of converting leads into successful sales.
  • Strong understanding of sales dynamics and the ability to meet sales targets in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks to handle multiple sales calls and leads effectively.
  • Analytical skills to assess client needs, market trends, and tailor pitches accordingly to maximize conversion rates.
  • Adaptability to work in a rapidly changing environment and willingness to continuously learn and grow in the sales domain.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Initiate and conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote NoBroker’s services and convert inquiries into sales.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions aligning with their real estate needs and financial capabilities.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities using the company's CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with team members to strategize and implement effective sales techniques for lead generation and conversion.
  • Follow up with prospective leads through calls and emails to establish relationships and close deals.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and new market developments to better inform potential customers and drive sales.
  • Meet monthly sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies and maintaining a high level of customer engagement.
