Job Overview
The Telesales Executive position at NoBroker.com offers a dynamic role for freshers or individuals at the junior level. Based in our Bangalore headquarters, this full-time role involves driving sales through effective telephonic communication. As a Telesales Executive, you will engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and present our services to generate leads and close sales. This position demands strong communication and negotiation skills to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Qualifications and Skills
- Familiarity with cold calling techniques with proven ability to persuade and influence through effective communication (Mandatory skill).
- Excellent negotiation skills to drive favorable outcomes for both the company and the customers (Mandatory skill).
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, for clear and impactful interaction (Mandatory skill).
- Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software for maintaining and managing client interactions and data.
- Active listening skills to accurately understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Experience using Salesforce for efficiently managing sales leads and customer information.
- Expertise in lead generation strategies to identify and cultivate potential customer relationships.
- Strong objection handling skills to address concerns and convert potential leads into customers.
