Job Overview

NoBroker.com is seeking a dynamic Fresher Telesales Executive to join our team in Bengaluru. This full-time role is ideal for an enthusiastic individual who is eager to kickstart their career in sales. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering solutions that align with NoBroker's offerings. This position requires exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and set up meetings for further discussions.
  • Understand customer requirements and offer appropriate property solutions that meet their needs and preferences.
  • Follow up on leads, answer queries, and provide information about NoBroker's brokerage-free platform and services.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of leads and achieve monthly sales targets consistently.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to refine sales pitches and improve conversion rates through feedback and sharing insights.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and continued engagement with NoBroker services.
  • Keep abreast of real estate market trends and competitor offerings to effectively position NoBroker's advantages to clients.
  • Document all customer interactions and update CRM systems with accurate information for tracking and analysis.
