  • Engage with customers to gather and update property requirements, ensuring a seamless service experience.
  • Resolve customer queries by liaising with various departments to provide prompt and accurate information.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions for future reference and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales targets and improve service offerings.
  • Provide feedback from customers to the team about potential improvements in service and communication.
  • Attend regular training sessions to enhance communication skills and product knowledge.
  • Handle both inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently, maintaining company standards.
