Job Overview
NoBroker.com is seeking a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Bangalore Urban. This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 3 years of experience in recruitment. The ideal candidate will use their expertise in applicant tracking systems and data-driven recruitment to contribute to our hiring process. As a key player in our HR team, you will work towards hiring top talent to further drive the company’s success.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience with applicant tracking systems to streamline the hiring process and manage candidate databases effectively.
- Proficient in Boolean search techniques to accurately identify and attract the best talent in a timely manner.
- Usage of LinkedIn Talent Solutions to source, engage, and manage relationships with potential candidates.
- Knowledge of diversity and inclusion hiring practices to ensure a diverse workforce is recruited and maintained.
- Experience with interview scheduling software to efficiently coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Ability to implement employee referral programs to encourage internal recommendations and expand outreach.
- Well-versed in data-driven recruitment strategies, leveraging analytics to improve and innovate hiring practices.
- Skilled in cold calling techniques to proactively reach out to and attract passive candidates for various roles.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and source potential candidates using a variety of channels and innovative recruiting strategies.
- Screen resumes and applications, conducting initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a seamless and professional candidate experience.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop position specifications accordingly.
- Maintain comprehensive recruitment metrics and reporting, analyzing data to refine and optimize hiring practices.
- Engage in employer branding activities to enhance NoBroker's reputation as an employer of choice.
- Ensure all recruitment practices are in compliance with employment laws and company policies.
- Contribute to continuous process improvements within the recruitment function, enhancing overall efficiency and effectiveness.
