1. Recruitment Strategy Development

  • Collaborate with the HR and hiring managers to understand the hiring needs and company culture.

8. Data-Driven Recruitment

  • Maintain and track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.
  • Use data analytics to improve and streamline the hiring process.
  • Monitor and report on key hiring trends, sourcing channels, and recruitment performance.

9. Compliance & Best Practices

  • Ensure all recruitment practices comply with labor laws and company policies.
  • Maintain confidentiality of candidate information and handle all HR-related data responsibly.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, recruitment tools, and best practices.

10. Talent Pool Management

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Engage with passive candidates through regular communication and networking.
  • Develop relationships with universities, professional associations, and industry events to source top talent.

11. Collaboration with HR Teams

  • Coordinate with HR teams to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
  • Collaborate with HR in managing employee retention, compensation reviews, and performance evaluations.

12. Continuous Improvement

  • Continuously improve recruitment processes based on feedback from candidates and hiring managers.
  • Stay informed about new trends in recruitment technologies, recruitment marketing, and sourcing techniques.

13. Diversity and Inclusion

  • Advocate for diversity and inclusion in the hiring process.
  • Work to attract candidates from diverse backgrounds and ensure fair hiring practices.
