Talent Sourcing & Recruitment:

  • Source candidates through various channels like job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and employee referrals.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and shortlist candidates for further rounds.
  • Build a pipeline of qualified candidates for both technical and non-technical roles.

End-to-End Recruitment Process:

  • Manage the recruitment lifecycle, from identifying hiring needs to onboarding new hires.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective job descriptions.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.

Employer Branding:

  • Promote NoBroker as an employer of choice through recruitment marketing strategies.
  • Represent NoBroker at job fairs, campus recruitment drives, and industry events.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience to strengthen the company’s reputation.

Strategic Planning:

  • Develop recruitment strategies to meet current and future hiring demands.
  • Analyze market trends to remain competitive in attracting top talent.
  • Use data-driven insights to improve recruitment processes and candidate engagement.

Candidate Evaluation:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
  • Facilitate the decision-making process for hiring managers by providing detailed candidate evaluations.

Onboarding & Coordination:

  • Ensure a smooth onboarding experience by coordinating with HR and other departments.
  • Facilitate pre-joining engagement activities to maintain candidate interest until the joining date.

Compliance & Documentation:

  • Maintain proper documentation for all recruitment activities to ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Update recruitment metrics and reports regularly.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand organizational goals and align hiring strategies.
  • Provide regular updates on hiring progress and challenges to stakeholders.

Technology & Tools Utilization:

  • Leverage applicant tracking systems (ATS) to streamline the recruitment process.
  • Use analytics tools to track recruitment metrics like time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate drop-off rates.

Diversity & Inclusion:

  • Focus on creating a diverse talent pool by promoting inclusive hiring practices.
  • Ensure that hiring processes are unbiased and equitable.
