Job Overview

We are seeking a Sales Expert Executive to join our dynamic team at NoBroker.com, located in Bangalore Urban. This full-time position is perfect for freshers with 0 to 1 year of experience who are eager to grow in a fast-paced, meritocratic environment. The ideal candidate will leverage their negotiation and communication skills to maintain customer relationships and drive property sales.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Strong negotiation skills to facilitate successful transactions and overcome client objections (Mandatory skill).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to effectively interact with clients and team members (Mandatory skill).
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management to foster long-lasting client relationships (Mandatory skill).
  • Ability to develop and implement sales strategies aimed at achieving company targets and enhancing market presence.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities within the property market.
  • Strong presentation skills to clearly articulate property offerings and benefits to prospective clients.
  • Proven ability to close deals successfully, ensuring client satisfaction and achievement of sales quotas.
  • Comprehensive product knowledge to provide clients with accurate information and address inquiries effectively.

  • Engage with prospective clients to understand their property needs and provide tailored solutions through NoBroker.com.
  • Guide clients through the entire buying or renting process, ensuring a seamless and satisfactory transaction experience.
  • Leverage negotiation skills to facilitate favorable deals for both property owners and buyers/tenants.
  • Conduct thorough market research to keep informed about the latest market trends and property values.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales processes using customer relationship management tools.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop effective sales strategies that align with business goals.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis, contributing to the company's financial objectives.
  • Continuously update product knowledge to remain competitive in the ever-evolving real estate market.
