Qualifications and Skills
- Lead generation (Mandatory skill) to identify potential clients and create new business opportunities, enhancing sales and marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication (Mandatory skill) to effectively convey ideas and present products to clients, influencing decision-making processes.
- Strong negotiation abilities to facilitate beneficial agreements and terms for clients while promoting the company's services.
- Proficiency in Salesforce to manage customer relationships and track sales activities systematically, enhancing productivity.
- Experience in cold calling to reach potential leads and engage prospects actively for increasing sales conversions.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools to support marketing efforts and promotions online, broadening customer reach.
- Understanding of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) for efficient management of customer service and operational support.
