Job Overview We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at NoBroker.com, headquartered in Bangalore. This is a full-time position tailored for freshers looking to take their first step into the sales domain. The Sales Executive will be instrumental in driving our mission forward by fostering relationships with customers and driving sales initiatives across Bangalore Urban, Bangalore Rural, and Bengaluru.


  • Qualifications and Skills Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients across various channels and guide them through the sales process.
  • Proficient in sales techniques with a commitment to meeting and exceeding set sales targets and customer expectations.
  • Well-versed in negotiation tactics to close deals efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Experience in telesales is a must, with an ability to pitch products effectively over the phone.
  • Fluency in English is required to communicate with our diverse customer base professionally.
  • Knowledge of Hindi is crucial to engage with clients from various linguistic backgrounds within the region.
  • Familiarity with Kannada is essential for seamless communication with local clients and understanding regional nuances.
  • Proficiency in Tamil added advantage to expand communication reach as per customer needs in certain locations.


  • Roles and Responsibilities Engage with prospective customers through calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings to generate sales leads and close deals.
  • Understand customer needs and offer suitable property solutions using our platform, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate market trends and NoBroker's offerings to provide informed recommendations.
  • Collaborate with various internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction from initial contact to post-sale service.
  • Track sales metrics and report on key performance indicators to help refine strategies and improve sales performance.
  • Develop and sustain positive business and customer relationships to support the achievement of sales objectives.
  • Educate landlords and tenants on the advantages of using NoBroker's platform and services to bolster trust and engagement.
  • Manage and resolve customer queries with professionalism, aiming to retain customers and foster word-of-mouth referrals.
