Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive at NoBroker HR in Bengaluru. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales targets, building relationships with clients, and contributing to the growth of the business through effective sales strategies.

Specific Responsibilities

 Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects.

 Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects.

 Recommends solutions to issues in constructive ways.

 Outbound calling on data collected through lead generation activities / secondary data sources.

 Conducts daily follow-ups on older leads and work on new leads.

 Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

 Is energetic, well-spoken, eager to close sales deals and generate revenue for the organization.


Qualifications

  • Sales Techniques, Lead Generation, and Client Relationship Management skills
  • Experience in meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of real estate industry trends and market dynamics
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
