Job Overview:

The sales executive at NoBroker.com will play a crucial role in driving sales efforts within our Bangalore location. As a full-time, junior position, this role demands effective communication, customer relationship management, and comprehensive product knowledge. Candidates should have 1 to 3 years of work experience and be eager to work in a dynamic, tech-driven environment.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written forms to engage potential clients and close deals. (Mandatory skill)
  • Strong customer relationship management skills to nurture and maintain long-term client relationships and ensure client satisfaction. (Mandatory skill)
  • In-depth product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to clients and offer tailored solutions. (Mandatory skill)
  • Prospecting skills with the ability to identify and qualify potential customers through various channels including telecalling.
  • Telecalling expertise is essential for reaching out to potential customers and creating new business opportunities.
  • Strong closing skills to convert leads into successful sales and achieve revenue targets consistently.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales objectives.
  • Good organizational skills to manage multiple client accounts and sales cycles efficiently.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals to generate new sales leads.
  • Maintain an active database of prospects and clients, ensuring all sales activities are documented accurately.
  • Conduct thorough product demonstrations and effectively communicate product features and benefits to potential buyers.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and follow-up support.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategic plans and achieve or exceed sales goals.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop innovative sales strategies and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring all terms and conditions are met within the company’s policies and guidelines.
  • Continuously update and improve sales skills and knowledge of NoBroker’s offerings and competitor products.
