Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our team at NoBroker.com in Bangalore. This full-time position is open to freshers with a passion for sales and excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in promoting our brokerage-free services to potential clients, leveraging our innovative platform to facilitate seamless property transactions.
Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey property solutions to potential customers and enhance client engagement (Mandatory skill).
- Proven sales strategy skills to develop and implement successful approaches that drive growth and customer acquisition (Mandatory skill).
- Experience in the role of a sales executive to proficiently execute sales processes and achieve targets (Mandatory skill).
- In-depth product knowledge to confidently present NoBroker.com offerings and address any client inquiries or concerns.
- Proficiency in telesales to engage with clients over the phone, fostering strong relationships and converting leads into successful sales.
- Strong negotiation skills to close deals effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team of driven professionals to achieve collective and individual goals.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced environment and a passion for helping customers fulfill their real estate requirements without brokerage.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective clients through cold calls and emails to generate leads and drive sales growth.
