We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our team at NoBroker.com. This full-time position is ideal for freshers eager to start their career in sales within the bustling real estate market of Bangalore. As a Sales Executive, you will engage with customers, optimize sales strategies, and contribute to meeting our growth objectives.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven ability in negotiation with a track record of engaging and closing deals effectively in competitive environments (Mandatory skill).
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on active listening and responsive interaction with potential clients (Mandatory skill).
- Strong skills in customer relationship management, building lasting relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction (Mandatory skill).
- Experience and understanding of sales strategy to develop plans that facilitate business growth and team objectives.
- Solid product knowledge to confidently showcase company offerings to potential buyers and tenants.
- Expertise in closing skills, turning prospects into clients smoothly and professionally.
- Proficiency in prospecting techniques to identify and nurture potential leads effectively.
- Time management skills that enable you to prioritize tasks and engage efficiently with high volumes of clients.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Engage with property buyers, owners, and tenants to promote and facilitate and secure brokerage-free transactions on our platform.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed company sales targets.
- Provide expert guidance and product demonstrations to potential customers, explaining our platform's unique benefits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to foster trust and grow our user base.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance sales opportunities and strategies in a fast-paced environment.
- Utilize customer feedback to provide insights that drive product improvements and customer satisfaction.
- Report on daily sales activities and client interactions to ensure streamlined communication and processes.
