Job Overview

NoBroker.com is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive for a full-time junior position at our Bangalore headquarters. With 1 to 3 years of work experience in sales, the candidate will join our vibrant team to drive sales initiatives, enhance customer relationships, and contribute to our growth in the tech-driven real estate domain. As a Sales Executive, you will leverage your skills in negotiation and communication in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Strong negotiation skills to effectively close deals and negotiate terms with clients (Mandatory skill).
  • Excellent communication abilities for engaging with diverse customer profiles and providing clear product information (Mandatory skill).
  • Proficiency in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company targets and drive market penetration.
  • Expertise in customer relationship management to maintain long-lasting relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Solid understanding of product knowledge to address customer inquiries and present solutions that meet their needs.
  • Skilled in prospecting to identify potential clients and convert leads into sales opportunities.
  • Strong closing skills to finalize sales transactions and meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Effective time management to prioritize tasks and manage workload efficiently in a dynamic environment.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through market research and networking.
  • Manage and enhance relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients to showcase benefits and features.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies and initiatives to attract potential customers.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of industry trends, competitors, and market developments.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts to inform management of market strategies and progress.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute innovative ideas to improve sales processes and enhance performance.
