Job Overview

NoBroker.com is seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our team in Bangalore. This is a full-time role focused on driving growth through direct property owner and buyer connections. The ideal candidate will excel in customer care and cold calling, leveraging inside sales techniques to eliminate the middleman. This role is key to enhancing our service offerings, contributing to the company's mission of providing brokerage-free real estate solutions.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Strong experience as a sales executive is mandatory for excelling in this role and effectively driving customer engagements.
  • Excellent customer care skills are mandatory to provide an exceptional experience and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Proven proficiency in cold calling is mandatory for initiating contact and fostering connections with potential clients.
  • Competence in inside sales strategies to effectively manage and close sales opportunities.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, to clearly convey information and instructions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and flexibility in dynamic environments.
  • Strong negotiation skills to understand customer needs and present solutions that align with their objectives.
