- Excellent telemarketing skills to effectively promote and sell our services to potential customers.
- Ability to cross-sell and upsell products by identifying customer needs and presenting suitable solutions.
- Strong telecalling capabilities to engage with clients and ensure high conversion rates.
- Convincing skills to influence customer behavior and achieve sales targets efficiently.
- Experienced in bpo roles or activities will be a plus, demonstrating adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with a diverse clientele.
- A customer-centric approach to building long-term relationships and trust with clients.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple client interactions and inquiries.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers through telemarketing and telecalling activities to promote NoBroker services.
- Identify customer needs and cross-sell suitable NoBroker products to enhance client satisfaction.
- Utilize effective convincing techniques to meet and exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, feedback, and transactions in the CRM system.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing queries and resolving any issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and enhance team performance.
- Stay updated with industry trends and company offerings to better assist customers.
- Attend training sessions and meetings to stay informed about the latest in NoBroker's service offerings.
