Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our B2C sales team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing new business opportunities through strategic cold calling and networking efforts to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct cold calls and emails to prospective customers to introduce our products/services and generate new business leads.
Identify decision-makers within targeted leads to initiate sales process.
Collaborate with Sales Manager to determine necessary strategic sales approaches.
Maintain and expand the database of prospects within assigned territory.
Schedule and conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
Respond to inquiries and provide appropriate information to potential and existing customers.
Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in B2C sales, particularly in cold calling and prospecting.
Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of successfully meeting or exceeding targets.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, competitive market environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
