Job Overview

As a Salesperson at NoBroker.com, you will play an integral role in promoting our services and offerings. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, ideal for freshers looking to build a career in sales. The role requires a dynamic individual with strong negotiation and communication skills, capable of building and maintaining customer relationships. Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in negotiation skills to effectively close deals and foster positive customer interactions (Mandatory skill).
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with clients and conveying information clearly and persuasively (Mandatory skill).
  • Ability to manage customer relationship management systems to maintain and nurture client relationships (Mandatory skill).
  • A thorough understanding of product knowledge to help provide accurate information and advice to customers.
  • Strong closing skills to finalize sales agreements and convert leads into customers.
  • Proficiency in prospecting to identify potential clients and build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and maximize productivity and efficiency.
  • Resilience and adaptability to handle rejections and setbacks, maintaining focus and persistence in goal attainment.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and match them with suitable property options.
  • Utilize strong negotiation tactics to effectively close deals and foster lasting relationships with customers.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of NoBroker’s product offerings and market trends to provide informed advice to clients.
  • Develop and manage a growing client base by leveraging strong communication skills and deep understanding of customer needs.
  • Participate in team meetings and sales training sessions to enhance skills and share insights with peers.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on leads generated through marketing efforts, enhancing conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and improve service delivery.
  • Track and report sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive sales efficiency.
