  • Maintain consistent communication with candidates to keep them informed about the hiring process.
  • Provide detailed information about roles, responsibilities, salary, and perks.
  • Build a positive candidate experience to enhance employer branding.

Documentation and Compliance:

  • Ensure all candidate documents are collected and verified for the hiring process.
  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate interactions.

Market Research and Strategy:

  • Keep updated with industry trends and salary benchmarks.
  • Suggest and implement innovative sourcing strategies to meet hiring needs.

Coordination and Reporting:

  • Work closely with the HR team and hiring managers to ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress and challenges.

Job Descriptions and Offers:

  • Draft and share job descriptions (JD) with candidates.
  • Negotiate offers and finalize salary details with selected candidates.

Recruitment Tools and Systems:

  • Use applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools to manage workflows efficiently.
  • Optimize usage of recruitment platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, and others for sourcing.
