Job Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic Inside Sales Executive for a full-time position at our Bangalore headquarters. This junior-level role requires 1 to 3 years of experience and focuses on driving sales engagement through strategic communication and customer relationship management. The ideal candidate will be adept at handling the sales lifecycle and supporting NoBroker.com's mission of providing brokerage-free property transactions.
Qualifications and Skills
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing sales strategy (Mandatory skill).
- Proven ability to manage and enhance customer relationships effectively (Mandatory skill).
- Exceptional communication skills to articulate value propositions and influence client decisions (Mandatory skill).
- Solid experience in lead generation, including techniques to identify and approach potential clients.

- Mastery in closing techniques to finalize deals and ensure customer satisfaction.
