Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Inside Sales Executive for our Bangalore office. As a Junior-level position, this full-time role requires 1 to 3 years of experience in sales. The successful candidate will be part of a passionate team dedicated to connecting property owners with prospective tenants/buyers, leveraging NoBroker.com's innovative platform. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop within a fast-growing, meritocratic work environment.
Qualifications and Skills

- Identify customer needs and offer solutions tailored to their property selling or buying requirements.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve monthly sales targets and objectives.
- Generate leads through networking, references, and online platforms.
- Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM with client interactions and transactions.
- Facilitate communication between owners and tenants/buyers to ensure smooth negotiations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any client inquiries or issues promptly.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitors to enhance sales strategies.
