Job Overview

As an Inside Sales Executive at NoBroker.com, you will play a crucial role in driving sales efforts in our Bangalore headquarters. This full-time, junior-level position requires 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience. You will collaborate with passionate peers in a dynamic, growth-focused environment. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will leverage your sales strategy, customer relationship management, and communication skills to achieve success in this role.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and boost customer engagement (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong customer relationship management skills to build and maintain strong client connections and understand customer needs effectively (Mandatory skill).
  • Excellent communication skills necessary for articulating value propositions and building lasting relationships with customers (Mandatory skill).
  • Experience in lead generation to identify, qualify, and nurture potential sales opportunities to expand customer base effectively.
  • In-depth product knowledge enabling you to clearly explain offerings and demonstrate value to both potential and existing clients.
  • Effective negotiation skills to facilitate mutually beneficial agreements and close deals successfully.
  • Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently, handle multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines consistently.
  • Competence in closing techniques, ensuring the successful finalization of sales transactions and achieving set objectives.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking and market research.
  • Engage prospective clients through effective communication and presentation skills to promote NoBroker's services.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide customized solutions.
  • Follow up on leads promptly to ensure conversion and achieve sales targets consistently.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with marketing and operations teams to align strategies and achieve organizational goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and generate regular reports for management review.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitive offerings to provide valuable insights to clients and internal teams.
  • Participate in team meetings and training programs to enhance skills and knowledge continually.
