Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in CRM software to effectively manage customer interactions and enhance sales outcomes with an understanding of the software's various functionalities and applications.
  • Experience or familiarity with lead generation tools, focusing on strategies for identifying and capturing potential new clients.
  • Knowledge or a strong willingness to learn popular platforms such as Salesforce and HubSpot to increase team efficiency and sales metrics.
  • Competence in Microsoft Excel for managing data, tracking performance metrics, and generating reports essential for strategic decision-making.
