Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Fresher to join our team at NoBroker.com in Bangalore. This is a full-time position where you will help us drive property transactions by leveraging direct communication with clients. You will work closely with prospective tenants and buyers, providing detailed information and assistance to facilitate smooth and transparent deals within a brokerage-free framework.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Exceptional communication skills required to establish and maintain client relationships effectively (Mandatory skill).
  • Understanding and application of sales techniques to drive client engagement and successful transactions.
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management to forge and sustain excellent client connections.
  • In-depth product knowledge to deliver accurate property details and value propositions to clients.
  • Strong negotiation skills to ensure both property owners and seekers find satisfactory outcomes.
  • Efficient time management to handle multiple inquiries and transactions concurrently.
  • Adept problem-solving skills to address and resolve client concerns promptly.
  • Effective team collaboration skills to work harmoniously within the sales and support team structure.

  • Engage with potential clients through direct communication, providing property listings and information.

  • Maintain detailed knowledge of NoBroker.com’s property listings and services to inform and attract clients.
  • Develop and manage client relationships through proactive follow-up and exceptional service delivery.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless transaction processes and customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize sales techniques and negotiation skills to close deals that benefit all parties involved.
  • Address client queries and issues with effective problem-solving strategies.
  • Contribute to the achievement of sales targets and goals through dedicated client engagement.
