This full-time role involves managing crucial HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management, to support our growing team and cultivate a vibrant work culture.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in recruitment to streamline hiring processes and attract top talent (Mandatory skill).
- Expertise in employee relations to build strong workplace relationships and resolve conflicts effectively (Mandatory skill).
- Strong knowledge of performance management systems to enhance employee productivity and growth (Mandatory skill).
- Ability to design and implement effective training and development programs to nurture and enhance skills.
- Understanding of compensation and benefits structures to ensure competitive and fair remuneration practices.
- Familiarity with HR compliance to maintain proper documentation and adhere to legal standards.
- Expert in conflict resolution to address and manage disputes constructively and professionally.
- Proficiency in HRIS management for accurate employee data maintenance and reporting.
