Job Overview

NoBroker.com is seeking a full-time Senior Field Sales Executive based in Bangalore. The successful candidate will join a dynamic sales team responsible for driving property-related services, fostering client relationships, and contributing to business growth. This role demands strong field sales capabilities and a passion for innovating in the real estate sector.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Demonstrated ability in field sales, essential for meeting clients in various locations and driving deals to closure (Mandatory skill).
  • Proven experience in business development management and effectively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Expertise in lead generation techniques to identify and connect with potential clients, facilitating successful sales conversion.
  • Strong negotiation skills to finalize agreements and ensure satisfactory outcomes for both clients and the company.
  • Experience in client onboarding to ensure smooth transitions and positive initial experiences with NoBroker.com's services.
  • Proficiency in B2B sales with the ability to understand client business needs and position suitable service offerings.
  • Effective product demonstration skills to clearly communicate the benefits and features of NoBroker.com’s services to potential clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage with potential clients through strategic field calls and meetings to expand NoBroker.com's market presence.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of NoBroker.com’s offerings to successfully pitch services to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate and finalize deals in accordance with the company's policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the onboarding of new clients, ensuring they are aware of all services and how to access them.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat and referral business.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop comprehensive strategies to reach sales targets.
  • Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities and potential areas for growth within the real estate sector.
  • Provide regular feedback to senior management on market developments and client needs to refine offerings.
