Position Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Field Relationship Manager (FRM) to join our team. The FRM will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with property owners, buyers, and renters within the assigned territory. This role is crucial in driving business growth, enhancing customer experience, and ensuring successful property transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential property owners, buyers, and renters. Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and expand the company’s market presence.
- Relationship Management: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients, providing exceptional support and addressing their needs. Act as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries and concerns.
- Property Listings: Assist property owners in listing their properties on the NoBroker platform. Provide guidance on property valuation, marketing strategies, and listing optimization to enhance visibility and attract potential buyers or renters.
- Market Insights: Stay informed about market trends, property values, and competitor activities. Share valuable insights with clients to help them make informed decisions and stay ahead in the market.
- Sales and Negotiation: Facilitate property transactions by negotiating terms and conditions between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants. Ensure all agreements are handled professionally and in accordance with company policies.
- Customer Feedback: Collect and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve the service offering. Address any issues or concerns promptly to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and transaction statuses. Provide regular reports to the management team on performance metrics and market developments.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and customer support, to ensure a cohesive approach to client management and business growth.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience in a sales or relationship management role, preferably in the real estate sector. Experience with property transactions and market dynamics is highly desirable.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
- Driving License: Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently within the designated territory.
