Job Overview
We are seeking a Field Relationship Manager to join our team at NoBroker.com. This entry-level, full-time position is open to freshers and will be based in Bangalore, Mumbai, and Bandra. The role requires a dynamic individual with excellent communication skills and a knack for fieldwork and sales, dedicated to providing outstanding support and services to our clients.
Qualifications and Skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups and individuals to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Extensive area knowledge to navigate the local geography efficiently and connect with clients at various locations.
- Strong proficiency in fieldwork, capable of operating independently in varied weather and traffic conditions to meet client expectations.
- Proven aptitude in field sales, with a focus on achieving targets and demonstrating product benefits in real-world scenarios.
- High level of organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities to handle challenges effectively and ensure all client interactions result in resolution and satisfaction.
- Must have a strong work ethic and commitment to reaching and exceeding sales and service goals.
- Basic understanding of property market trends to facilitate informed discussions with potential clients.

- Facilitate communication between property owners and tenants or buyers through efficient field visits and direct interaction.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their requirements and providing tailored solutions and guidance.
- Conduct field sales activities and meet targets by promoting NoBroker's unique brokerage-free services and features.
- Ensure a thorough understanding of NoBroker's platform and services to provide informed recommendations and support to clients.
- Gather feedback from clients to continuously improve the quality of service and contribute to product or service development initiatives.
- Assist in the execution of marketing strategies and promotional events to enhance brand visibility and client acquisition.
- Continuously update knowledge of market trends and competitor activities to offer relevant advice to clients and the company.
- Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to ensure alignment and support company objectives and goals.
