Job Overview

NoBroker.com is seeking a Field Relationship Manager for our Bengaluru location. This full-time, junior-level position requires 1 to 3 years of experience. The ideal candidate will excel in building and maintaining client relationships, conducting field operations, and driving customer satisfaction. The role requires expertise in customer relationship management and field operations, along with skills in sales strategy and communication.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Customer relationship management experience to effectively build and maintain client relations, enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty (Mandatory skill).
  • Proven track record in field operations, with the ability to manage on-ground activities and ensure seamless execution (Mandatory skill).
  • Excellent sales strategy skills to drive revenue, understand market trends, and create competitive advantages.
  • Strong communication skills to clearly convey information, negotiate deals, and manage expectations with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficient in problem-solving to identify, analyze, and resolve client issues promptly, ensuring top-notch service delivery.

  • Execute sales plans to achieve business targets, contributing to the company's growth and market presence.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, managing queries and concerns to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize service delivery and client performance, ensuring customer success.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify marketing opportunities and improvements.
  • Prepare regular reports on field activity, customer interactions, and sales progress, providing insights for strategic planning.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
