NoBroker.com is seeking a dynamic Field Relationship Manager for its operations in Bangalore Urban, Bangalore Rural, Bangalore, Gurgaon, Noida, and Rohini. This full-time, junior-level role requires 1 to 3 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will manage relationships with clients and contribute to business growth by providing exceptional support and service.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in customer relationship management, fostering strong connections with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention. (Mandatory skill)

Roles and Responsibilities


  • Coordinate with property owners and tenants to facilitate seamless communication and transaction processes.
  • Ensure client relationship management systems are updated accurately with all client information and interaction details.
  • Identify and implement sales strategies to achieve targeted revenue growth, leveraging in-depth market analysis and client insights.
  • Engage in negotiations between parties to reach mutually beneficial agreements and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding client needs and service enhancements for improved platform offerings.
