Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Field Relationship Manager for our Hyderabad location. As a fresher-level position, this full-time role is ideal for individuals with 0 to 1 year of experience. The candidate will focus on fostering strong connections with our clients by leveraging their customer relationship management and sales strategy skills, coupled with exceptional communication abilities.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners and clients to ensure their real estate needs are met without brokerage.
  • Implement strategies to effectively connect property owners with potential tenants/buyers, leveraging our advanced platform.
  • Coordinate and communicate between clients and service teams to ensure a seamless property transaction experience.
  • Provide insights and feedback to enhance our service offerings and client satisfaction.
  • Offer personalized solutions to clients, addressing inquiries and adapting services to meet specific requirements.
  • Engage with service teams to facilitate smooth and efficient transaction processes for clients.
  • Monitor and report performance metrics to support data-driven strategy enhancements.
  • Promote NoBroker's values in every interaction, fostering a customer-centric and brokerage-free real estate market.
