  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all customer interactions and transactions in the system.
  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve complex customer queries and enhance service delivery.
  • Provide feedback and insights from customer interactions to help improve product offerings and customer experience.
  • Contribute to a positive, professional team environment and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Participate in training sessions and actively seek opportunities for skill development to stay updated with industry trends.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining customer confidentiality and data privacy standards.
