Job Overview

NoBroker.com is seeking a Customer Support Fresher to join our Bangalore Urban team on a full-time basis. As a fresher in this role, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills in customer interactions, addressing queries, and providing exceptional support to our clients. The position is an entry-level role with no prior work experience required, ideal for individuals eager to start a career in customer service within a dynamic and innovative company.

  • Identify customer needs and assist them in navigating NoBroker’s platforms and services, offering personalized solutions.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately to maintain detailed records for future reference and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to address complex customer issues and ensure a seamless experience.
  • Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to offer accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
  • Follow up on unresolved customer inquiries to ensure they receive a satisfactory resolution and build long-lasting relationships.
  • Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing insights and solutions for improved customer service practices.
