Job Overview
NoBroker.com is seeking a Customer Support Executive to join our Bengaluru team. The position is ideal for freshers who are looking to embark on a full-time career in customer support. This role will involve assisting clients in navigating our platform to fulfill their real estate needs without brokerage. The candidate should possess strong communication and problem-solving skills while demonstrating patience and empathy towards customer issues.

- Resolve customer complaints by identifying issues, explaining solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions, documenting issues and resolutions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and share feedback for service enhancement.
- Provide feedback to management on potential improvements to processes and the user experience.
- Participate in continuous training and upskilling sessions to stay updated with product features and policies.
