Job Overview


We are hiring a Customer Support Executive for our company NoBroker.com. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients. This is a full-time job based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. The employment type is 'Full-Time'.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to empathize with customers and provide personalized support
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Good knowledge of real estate industry and related products/services
  • Proactive and customer-oriented approach
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools

  • Ability to handle inbound marketing and outbound sales
  • Experience in voice processing would be a plus


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Provide prompt and reliable customer support via phone, email, and chat channels
  • Resolve customer queries, complaints, and issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about our products and services to effectively assist customers
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of customer support processes and procedures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Document and update customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services to customers
  • Escalate complex issues and complaints to the appropriate teams for resolution
