Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Champion to join our team in Bangalore. This is a full-time, entry-level position suitable for freshers with 0 to 1 year of work experience. The candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing exceptional support and addressing customer queries effectively. The role requires interacting with our extensive customer base, providing solutions using our advanced platform, and contributing to an enhanced customer experience.
Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent communication skills (Mandatory skill): Ability to convey information clearly and effectively in both written and verbal formats to assist and resolve customer queries.
