We are seeking a Customer Support Executive at NoBroker.com, located in Bangalore. This is a full-time position suitable for freshers with a maximum of 1 year of work experience. The role requires exceptional communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and empathy to effectively assist our customers.   • Document customer interactions and feedback to help improve service quality and user experience.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
  • Proactively identify customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions or additional services offered by NoBroker.com.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
