Job Overview
We are seeking dynamic and enthusiastic freshers for the position of Customer Support at NoBroker.com. As a Customer Support representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring exceptional service and customer satisfaction. This full-time role is based in Bangalore and offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent communication skills (Mandatory skill) — Ability to clearly convey information and communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, or chat.
- Problem-solving abilities (Mandatory skill) — Ability to identify customer issues, provide solutions, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Patience — Ability to handle customer inquiries calmly and professionally, even in stressful or challenging situations.
- Time management — Ability to manage time effectively to handle multiple customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- B2B sales — Understanding of B2B sales dynamics and experience handling business-related customer inquiries is beneficial.
- Attention to detail — Ability to ensure accuracy in customer information, documentation, and resolution processes.
- Empathy — Ability to put oneself in the customer's shoes and provide a compassionate and understanding response to their concerns.
- Technical proficiency — Familiarity with basic computer applications and ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and software.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate and timely information.
- Identify customer issues, troubleshoot problems, and escalate issues to relevant departments as necessary.
- Maintain and update customer records, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Assist customers with using the NoBroker.com platform and guide them through any technical issues.
- Provide feedback to management about customer trends and potential areas for improvement in our services.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and contribute to the overall efficiency of the support team.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and remain up-to-date with industry trends.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and share best practices for customer support excellence.
