Job Overview
NoBroker.com is seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join our Bangalore team. This is a full-time, entry-level position suitable for freshers eager to learn and grow in the dynamic real estate sector. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills to assist our customers effectively. This role offers a unique opportunity to engage with a diverse range of clients and help streamline their property transactions.
Job Description: This position reports to the <insert manager designation> and interfaces with company
managers and end customers.
Specific Responsibilities
▪ Handle inbound calling for customer service.
▪ Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
▪ Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive
▪ communication.
▪ Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
▪ Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
▪ Conduct follow-ups to ensure complete resolution of issues.
▪ Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts.
▪ Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
