Job Overview

This junior-level, full-time position requires a minimum of 1 to a maximum of 3 years of work experience.   • Coordinate with different departments to facilitate seamless service delivery and customer support.
  • Document and track customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system for quality assurance.
  • Identify improvement areas in service delivery and suggest potential enhancements to the management.
  • Assist in the onboarding and training of new customer service team members as needed.
  • Remain updated with industry trends to offer informed support and advice to customers.
