We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals for the position of Customer Service Representative at NoBroker.com. This full-time role is based in Bangalore Urban, Bangalore. As a fresher, you'll be the front line of our customer interactions, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and customer care.   • Assist customers in navigating the platform and utilize its features effectively.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to recommend service improvements.
  • Document and track customer interactions and transactions using the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve overall service delivery.
  • Provide timely follow-up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction.
