Job Title- Assistant Project Manager (Trainee)

Location- Bangalore and Delhi

Salary- APM (Trainee) - 417,600 CTC + 5k Petrol allowances

APM ( after 6 months)- 465,600 CTC + 5K Petrol allowances

As an Assistant Project Manager (APM), your responsibility includes:

3 to 4 site visits on daily basis

Checking and ensuring quality of workmanship, materials etc.

Handling customers - providing daily updates to customer about project progress, resolving customer queries and issues

Managing Vendor/ Service Partner - sharing work plan with vendors, follow up and coordination for various activities at site

Escalation management - resolving escalations related to quality, delays, or any other issues and proactively reaching out to city manager

Internal Communication - updating daily progress, identifying and highlighting any potential escalations

Required Qualification

0-2 years of site residential or commercial execution experience (residential or commercial sector, internships of more than 2 months at site also counts)

B. Tech/ BE in Civil Engineering

Good communication skills

Other Requirements

Should have own bike

Have own laptop (preferred, not mandatory)
