Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team at NMB Retail LLP in Hyderabad. This is a full-time, mid-level position requiring a minimum of 4 years and a maximum of 6 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, effectively managing customer relationships, and executing successful sales strategies.
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members (Mandatory skill)
- Expertise in Customer Relationship Management to foster long-term customer relationships (Mandatory skill)

- Exceptional time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Roles and Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth by identifying, developing, and closing sales opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
- Analyze customer needs and preferences to provide innovative and personalized solutions
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement successful sales strategies
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the company’s products and services
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales tactics accordingly
- Perform regular follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- Prepare and present sales reports to management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement
