Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team at NMB Retail LLP in Hyderabad. This is a full-time, mid-level position requiring a minimum of 4 years and a maximum of 6 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, effectively managing customer relationships, and executing successful sales strategies.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members (Mandatory skill)
  • Expertise in Customer Relationship Management to foster long-term customer relationships (Mandatory skill)
  • Proven ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies (Mandatory skill)
  • Excellent negotiation skills to close deals and maximize sales revenue
  • In-depth product knowledge to help customers make informed purchasing decisions
  • Outstanding closing skills to finalize sales effectively and efficiently
  • Proficiency in prospecting for new customers and expanding the client base
  • Exceptional time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth by identifying, developing, and closing sales opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
  • Analyze customer needs and preferences to provide innovative and personalized solutions
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement successful sales strategies
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the company’s products and services
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales tactics accordingly
  • Perform regular follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
  • Prepare and present sales reports to management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement
