Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Retail Salesperson to join NMB Retail LLP's dynamic team in Hyderabad. This full-time position requires a candidate with 1 to 3 years of experience in retail sales, specifically in apparel and garments. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, focusing on customer satisfaction and driving sales while representing our premier ethnic fashion brand.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Must have experience in retail sales, particularly in ethnic apparel, to effectively engage with customers and drive conversions and sales revenue.
  • Retail Sales (Mandatory skill) is imperative for understanding the intricacies of in-store promotions, customer engagement, and product placement.
  • Counter sales (Mandatory skill) experience is necessary for direct customer interaction and managing sales transactions efficiently.
  • Showroom Sales (Mandatory skill) experience is critical to showcase our collections compellingly and optimize visitor experience.
  • Proven customer service skills to ensure a welcoming shopping environment and address customer needs and queries promptly.
  • Experience in apparel sales to assist customers in selecting suitable attires, ensuring fits, and suggesting matching accessories where appropriate.
  • Sales Executive experience in retail settings to plan and execute sales strategies and support day-to-day floor operations effectively.
  • Effective direct sales communication skills to introduce products to potential buyers and persuade them to make a purchase.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in selecting and fitting attire that matches their preferences and needs, enhancing their retail experience.
  • Manage day-to-day sales transactions at the counter, ensuring accuracy and efficiency for seamless service.
  • Contribute to the showroom’s visual merchandising by maintaining high standards of product displays and organization.
  • Enhance in-store customer service to address and resolve inquiries and complaints professionally and courteously.
  • Monitor and restock inventory efficiently to ensure product availability and recommend reorder levels.
  • Implement strategic sales initiatives in line with store objectives, focusing on increasing sales and customer retention.
  • Provide insightful feedback and market intelligence to the sales management team to help shape customer service strategies.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve collective sales targets and foster a synergistic work environment.
